I bought a samsung gear profit2 watch from a grey import site. A great bargain at the time, but realised this could be a risk
6 months later it looks like the body sensor is not working and looking at Samsung chat rooms this could be a common problem.
I took it to a Samsung service centre but they cant touch the hardware as it is not under european warranty.
So now have gone back to the seller who has been very helpful and after sending them videos agreed to return for warranty but they have said they want original packaging. DH has thrown out the box .
can this invalidate the warranty
