I've posted before about applying for a CAO.
I've just had the paper work via email, Cafcass reports and I am shitting myself.

My ex made a sustained campaigned of allegations against me, my friends, and my family After a lengthy ss investigation, these allegations have been proved false.

Does this mean they will reinvestigate the case?
I am too tired and jaded to go through this again. I have a formal letter from ss and also my solicitor staying they both support me in a CAO.

If anyone can advise, I would be grateful.

The letter from your solicitor is meaningless. The fact social Services have investigated means they will be asked to report to the court. There will be no reinvestigation of old allegations.

Ah thanks for that. Most reassuring!

So quick question, will the letter from ss stating they support the CAO go in my favour?

It will certainly help.
