FHDRA advice please

I am due in court next month for the FHDRA hearing as my daughter's dad has applied for contact, an order to make me move closer to where he lives, an order to get her re-registered in his last name and an order to stop me leaving the country without court permission. This came about as he kept her three hours later than agreed when she was 6 weeks old and then verbally abused me in the street. Further communication broke down due to continuous false allegations made about me to SS and the Police which are still continuing now. She is now 5 months old.

He has a solicitor and I'm unrepresented. I've prepared a position statement which ignores the 6 pages of drivel and ridiculous accusations he's made about me and it focuses on slowly reintroducing contact over a 6 week period beginning at 2 hours supervised and eventually being 6 hours once a week which is what he wants he wants to be granted immediately. I've also prepared a chronology of all the false allegations he has made against me which have all been met with no further action.

I'm in the process of getting a supporting letter from my GP as he has stated I'm on antipsychotic medication and is using my MH as a reason for why I am apparently an unfit mother.

Is there anything else I can prepare for this hearing?

Presumably you do not want to move so you must state your reasons for being where you are. So what is your support network? Do you have work and family?

Your timeline should state dates of your relationship, where you lived and when. Etc.

What you are saying sounds reasonable to me. Good luck!

He can’t make you move closer. Ignore that bit. It’s about how the court manages the distance. How far away did you move when you separated?

I never did move away I've always lived here and he's always lived where he was xx

Also if you are breastfeeding day and night might be worth mentioning that too.

I hope he's issued in the court local to you. If not,the court is likely to transfer it to your local court.
