Hi, my ex has agreed and it has been signed and sealed by a court judge for him to pay half the costs of our divorce. His solicitor emailed mine to say I would receive the money by last Thursday - he’s not paid. My solicitor is saying it’s not worth me paying her to get the order enforced and to do it myself. How do I begin the process and how do I actually get the money back - will it be in dribs and drabs or will a court bailiff be sent to recover? Many thanks in anticipation
