Non-used child arrangement order

Hi
A grandparent has a child arrangement order over my children.
They haven't requested the documented visitation since Feb 2018. It is meant to be every other month, agreed a fortnight in advance and arranged by the grandparent.

Does anyone know if I can apply to throw the order out? Grandchildren didn't like grandparent much and one too young to remember them after this amount of time.

I just don't want to escalate a dormant situation but also wary of this being 'active' for the next 12yr until 4y old is 16 (?)

Thanks

Leave things as they are. If you take it back to court that will likely prompt them showing an interest.

If they get in touch again in a couple of years you can reappraise the situation and decide if you think they should have contact. Although technically a breach of the order it would be an understandable reaction to a fundamental change of circumstances.

Yes, just let it be. My ex got very very liberal visitation (even though he was abusive) with the dc's when we separated, but never availed himself of any of it, but when I did go back to court a few years later (after obtaining evidence of the abuse) to get the visitation changed, I didn't get the order changed significantly and it poked the bear and he started asking for contact again.
