COT3 - at what point does it end?

I have been discriminated against at work; for a disability related issue. It's been agreed that my return would be difficult as the company cannot guarantee that this wouldn't continue to occur, so ACAS have brokered a COT3 and we are finally in agreement.

I have been signed off since the start of proceedings; and am covered by a sick note until February. There is nothing in the latest version of the COT3 about what date my employment ends; only the date that payment should be made on, which is within a month.

Our next pay day is due Christmas Eve; but will be paid next week. Should I still be paid that; for the time that I've been signed off (negotiating the COT3?) Will they need to continue to pay me until it's all agreed their side? I've done everything in my side; but they haven't yet.

ACAS haven't been great because I was "randomly selected" to trial a new way of handling these agreements which has been hard; and due to a lot of annual leave, I've had four separate conciliators so far. I will call them to ask tomorrow but they generally haven't been too helpful; although they have said that if my agreement isn't back from the other side tomorrow, the current COT3 becomes void and goes back to the drawing board.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

(This sounds very grabby - I just need to work out what to expect financially; as I'm not in a position to seek new work immediately due to their actions)
