Can anyone tell me if you have secured legal aid without your evidence being on the standard letter proformas recently?
Partner has a letter from his GP, who refuses to fill the proforma as she wants to use her own words. The solicitor habeas trying to use refused it and said it must be exactly as on the proforma.
Complaint to the GP didn't help anything either.
