Long story short ex lost his court cases over my child now his parents are taking me to court in a few days what's happens if don't attent bare in mind they have neverhelp me with my child up bringing

The story needs to be a bit longer than that. At the very least, what are the family taking you to court for?

Non attendance can at worst mean the court decides in their favour and charges you all costs. Not attending is generally a bad idea, but there's not enough info here for useful comment.

Well they not seen my child in over 2half year he 4 in March I was in a bad relationship with their son, with was a nightmare.. Court, social service victim support works they have shown no interested in my son all, their son took me to court but he lost all his main forces was me and now out the blue I got this court paper, I have no solicitor and 2kids at home with chicken pots also.. the grandparents and their son have not pr over him.

Their application is for permission to apply. You need to go and defend that. It seems oppressive for you to come to the end of draining proceedings brought by their son, only for them to issue immediately after that. They should have applied at the same time as their son.

Best for you to take some advice on defending it, but it's not a done deal that they'll get permission to apply.
