We are doing some work to our property. Phase 1 fine although the architect has missed an rsj off the plans. Phase 2 started. Architect mis measured spectacularly resulting in 20k+ of additional work. We want to try and get some of this money back as it was his error and he has admitted liability. Do we stand a chance of getting any of this money back?
