A family member bought an item from the company Bradford exchange.
There was other items to the collection. Her statement said other coins would be sent to her for a 14 day aproval period and if she wanted to keep any she would then be charged for the ones she keeps- the other send back obviously.
She has been charged for the next coin and received it once the 14 days period was over.
She has phoned her bank fraud team who confirm for there end she has not signed up to a subscription.
That someone from their company re-enterd Her card details and debited her card.
They can block her card from now.
But does anyone know if there is a way if getting the money back.
Could the bank do that?
No one from the company will answer her email or the phone calls.
