Requesting a psychological assessment

How do I request that my ex undertakes a psychological assessment? There is a history of mental health in his family and his behaviour is now a cause for concern, it's not life threatening for my DD but I think psychologically and emotionally she will be affected when she grows up. Our next hearing is next year but I want it looked at sooner.
Thanks in advance

Speak to your g.p. and express your concerns maybe they could assess your dd if that would help. I doubt you can insist on your ex medical treatment, maybe the Court might.

You need to make a Part 25 application (see here www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/family/parts/part_25). Take some legal advice about this, but he can't be forced to go along with it (although a failure to agree can sometimes draw adverse inferences).
