I took a few of my yoga students on a yoga retreat and one of them left after 3 days saying it was a toxic environment. Said she felt alone and isolated. it is such a shame as we bent over backwards to help in every way possible and it was established she has a mental illness and on medication. She is still attending my classes but is presenting me letters she is taking me to court. I wrote back to her and said unfortunately I couldn't take responsibility but she presented me with another letter today. She has no evidence of her claim so not sure where I stand. I only paid the retreat hosts and my charge was minimal for the yoga classes. Shall I ignore her letters. I must admit I am thinking of quitting my position where I teach.
