I divorced my ex husband 4 years ago and have now agreed the contents of a consent order which has been sealed by the courts. (Part of the content is that I will sign over the forner marital home) I contacted my solicitor for an update and was advised that she had been in contact with my ex husband to advise that the order has been granted so he could now pursue the transfer. In addition she had also sent him a copy of the consent order. I’m yet to see the content and am advised that she’s now on annual leave until next week. Am I being precious over this or as she is supposedly acting on my behalf would expect her first contact to be with me not him?

The content will be as per the consent order that you have already signed. You should of course have received a copy, but no need to get anxious over this.
