Hoping for a little advice....
I live in a leasehold property (block of 4 maisonettes)
We have been approached by developers who have already bought a very large property next door to us. We are all in agreement that we will be interested in talking to them, including the freeholders.
We are meeting as a group this wknd but me and the hubby are meeting with the person who contacted us next wk. He said he is arranging to meet everyone to discuss.
what questions should we be asking him?
Has anyone been in this position before and over any advice
