Was caught about an hour or so ago without one as someone came to my door and I now have a form to say that they are taking this further and I may be prosecuted. Know this is very stupid of me.

She filled in quite a bit of details, and now quite worried, been going through a bad financial time though not an excuse I know.

If you're concerned, call them up and ask what will be their next step. They'll tell you what they intend to do and if you can settle it with them out of court.

Well the woman did say there is a good chance it could go to court though cant give any guarantees.

Maybe I should give them a call I know.

Well after calling the number the potential fine could be up to £1,000.

I have set up a plan to pay every fortnight going forward though still likely to be in trouble for the time I havent had one and could result in court.
