My exam was abusive to me in front of my kids and when I was pregnant with his baby. CAFCAS have dismissed violence against me and I think he will be given supervised access even when he fails a drug test. I’m not overly concerned about this but I am concerned about unsupervised access developing and if he can then claim joint custody tine with me even though we split before my baby was born. Does anyone have experience of this?
