Hi i have just received my divorce papers. We have agreed on my share of the marital home. I am just waiting on him sorting that out.... On the papers he has ticked for financial order, is this where that agreement will be set out?

No. The court will not address the finances unless one of you applies for financial remedy.

Ok thanks. He has cited adultery however on he forms it says if I admit it the court could rule I pay costs. He has agreed to pay all and he has not ticked the form saying he wants me to pay. Do i disagree based on the fact we have now been separated 6 years or should I agree and then put on the form that I do not to agree to paying costs as it was agreed between us would pay as part of the financial settlement? This is what someone's suggested I put on the form.

If he hasn't ticked the box for costs the court can't order them. Just write 'not claimed' in the relevant box.
