Family law - what do I do now?

Hi,

I did have a thread but I can't seem to find it to add to it.

I reveived a letter from DS's dads solicitor at the very beginning of September asking to be able to pick his son up one day a week for 4 hours when he's home from work (he works away). I replied saying no as Children's services said it has to be supervised, and offered instead contact centre which I gave full details of, and indirect contact by way of me sending a weekly photo and update (which he asked for) and I proposed that he do similar by sending a video/voice clip/ and photo so that DS still has that contact when he's away and gets to know his voice ect (DS is 1)

Its now been 5 weeks since I sent the reply. His Dad hasn't done any of his side of the indirect contact, though I've done mine. He's been back from work for 3 weeks and apart from the original letter his solicitor, I haven't received a reply to my letter so I've no idea what he's doing. Should I just leave it? Or should I contact his solicitor again to find out his dad's intentions?

Any advice would be great
