Separated but still in the marital home until it's sold. I was on holiday with the children recently and heard that she was staying over in our house. Seriously annoyed but can I legally do anything? I haven't let on that I know yet

If she was there with his permission, and he still resides there, I don't think there is anything you can do. It is disrespectful though, and I can understand why you'd be annoyed.

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do! But my God that woman has a lot of nerve! I would be going ape...and then some!
How disrespectful of your ex partner! Who does that???
I am angry for you OP!
My only advice is be as dignified in your reaction as you can.

I was surprised by how I felt when I found out.I had hoped to be beyond feeling anything else. So looking forward to when we can live apart!

It's an invasion of your space and privacy. The house may be up for sale, but it still contains memories for you. To have not only your relationship, but your home taken over by the OW behind your back would be difficult xx
