In 2016 i had an injunction against ex of 7 years starting january 2016 ending january 2017. I had the injunction lifted about 8 days before it was due to expire due to exes family pressuring me to let ex meet our new baby
Fast forward a horrible few months July 2017 and he assaulted me in front of both of our babies and for me that was the last time. I moved far away within a week ( was lucky to have a friend who put us up) it went to court he was found guilty and was given a restraining order not to contact me or my children. That was november 2017
A week after court ( i was on day 4 of being in hospital with my ill 2 year old ) a friend messaged me saying she knew i had a lot on but she thouhht i needed to see this and it was ex on facebook saying hed been done in court, people were guessing what for and someone said murder and he said " it should of been ) i didnt contsct the police as i was in hosoital with my child and also i wasnt sure if it was even a crime as such
June 2018 he contacted my dad twice on facebook. My dad ignored both messages. Then a few days later my partner stayed at mine and we woke up to find ex had text parter several abusive messages ( partners number was public on facebook, its been changed now )
This was reported to the police but its been 3 monthd and hes still not been arrested. Ive rang up twice about it to be told the officer will get back in touch but he hasnt
Ive been rooting online and im so annoyed at myself ive only just realised i can apply to court myself to extend the order,
Can i send in the screenshots i have? And can i request to have it extended with it ending in 3 weeks? I was hoping the police would of arrested him by now ( injunction would of been extended at court then ) but it hasnt gone the way i hoped
