i left my ex husband after discovering he was a secret class A drug addicit who had several times put our daughter in risky envirnments i stooped overnight contact and those didnt happen and he agreed .when he met his now partner we came to an arrangemnt he would do drug tests and therpry to gain overnights to stop me taking it to court. this seemed all an act it lasted limited time and theres been heavy manipulation and nasty comments passed towards my daughter about me by him, his partner and family. i have lost friends also and at times have fet very isolated as they seem to control times days they have her and play games with me and its made me feel extremly untrusting and vaunrable. he told my daughter she could live there and made several comments to me overtime, i also feel the amily are attempting to build a case against me as a mother as false accusations have been passed. i decided to do a c100 however my MIAMS certificate expired as i waited solong, i basically cant afford representation and thats fine but im incredibly emotional and passionate about this and ultimatly want to keep my daughter safe, i feel incredibly anxious about the process, he had an overnight contact last month upon agreeing to a drug test however i belive this wont continue this either i wuld like to ask the court via c100 to enfoce this realy , do they do this? i want residency and i feel i have a good case and regular contact with her father thats enforcable and regular so they can no longer manipuate this situation.i feel scared and unknowing about the court process and im unsure what they willallow or enforce as it is hardto get inforation and support online and im not in a position to pay for alot of solicitors. im cinstantly wondering if this is therght deciosn all i want to do is secure my daughter and protect her from potential harm and to have to arrangement of contact we both deserve.if anyone has been through it id love some advice
