Hello 🖐 i need help! Ive sent a letter to Argos about my faulty iPad trying to get a repair or replacement using the consumer rights act (just out of warranty 😤 i used a Which template letter and sent it off. The letter stated they had 14 days to reply low and behold they haven't replied and now its over 14 days (by 3 days, i gave time for posting) but what do i do know? Surely there must be something they can't just ignore me so i cant do anything else? Can't find anything on the which website sent them a email but its a 3 day wait for a reply and im so impatient 😂
