I've just lost custody on my 4 year old Son, who was born in Lonodn and lives in the UK with me. I moved to Jersey because because of my ex husband's job and left him due to Domestic Violence. He now has shockingly won sole custody and the case took place in Jersey, so I have to move to Jersey if I want to see my Son more regularly than every other weekend. Any lawyer recommendations would be helpful as we are residents in the UK. or anyone with similar Jersey experiences or international residency orders that have been turned around in the UK. Also anyone who has any tips on legal Courses of actions or UK legal arguments/laws that would keep my Son in the UK, I would be seriously grateful. Thanks!
