Company into administration

Hi can anyone offer some advice or past experiences?
My company went into administration on Friday and was immediately purchased by another company. There were 2 companies at the table to swoop in. One would have taken the jobs out of the the county and the other would remain and would keep the jobs at the current location.
Thankfully the second company won and for now it looks like our jobs are safe.
I have massive anxiety now about what the new company are going to want to do.
What are our rights in terms of any restructuring or amending our contacts?

TUPE will probably apply. ACAS helpline is a good source of info if you can't find the info in this link.

If the new owner has bought the shares in your employer and you are still employed by the same company TUPE does not apply. It only applies if you are now employed directly by the new owners.

If TUPE does not apply your existing terms and conditions remain in place. The new owners need your consent for any changes.
