Sounds ridiculous I know, but will it have a heading "Financial Clean Break Order" on the paperwork? I have a document called a Consent Order which then goes on to talk about not having any more claims on each other as far as income, property, pensions, etc - is that the financial clean break order? Divorced 6 years ago and looking through my paperwork. Thanks if anyone can advise.
