So now stbx is saying he Agrees to actuary for financial check on all his pension he has 6 I have none, lived together 21 years married 11 years, he now says he had started most of the pension before we married, will the court split it from just the 11 years married. He is already questioning that I undersold my business, the money is in my solicitor bank can’t touch it he wants proof which I have it was an st arms length sale, it was sold through reputable sales business full legal representation, had to sell due to ill health, now have no money no earnings, can’t get rental benefits because I technically own the marital home, he’s screwing me for everything, he’s still in the marital home, one child now 22 years old , I’m panicking and near to giving up !
