I’ve received a C100 . No welfare or DV allegations against me and as such, no C1A form.
I know I need to acknowledge with C7 form
I do have welfare and DV concerns, do I include a C1a form at this stage?
Also it says to send no additional paperwork, does that mean they don’t want a statement at this stage or they don’t want the C1a?
Very confused and worried and trying to get legal advice but can’t until after weekend!
Some guidances would be great from anyone who might be able to help! Thankyou
