Not sure if this is the correct place or step-parenting but need some help please as I'm useless with words (when it comes to the ex)

I put forward my AL dates for the next 12 months (Xmas, Easter & Summer) to EW as per our CO. I have sent a further reminder after 3 weeks as easyjet etc have released cheap flights but the only response I have had is "I will reply at my own convenience" ...

I have also now had to formally request my AL at work as others have now too, to ensure I can get dates that fit round my work (& 2 weeks consecutively during the summer) which has been approved. My wife has also had to do the same with her work as we also have 2 other children and their Dad to mutually arrange dates with. Not so important but dates are also with my brother so the kids get to go away together.

I don't know how to push this along to ensure the children have their holiday time with me and also to get us a bargain while flights are going cheap (£36pp to Italy for summer!!) so need some words to resolve this :(
I usually get a reply within days but this year I've not had anything.

Just email your ex and state politely that as she has not replied you have had to formally request xx dates in the summer with your work due to other colleaugues booking their AL over the same period and you were in danger of losing out on summer AL altogether. You have complied with the CO, it dosent take that long to check a diary.

Doesn't sound promising. Be prepared to have to issue a court application. Give yourself plenty of time.
