Moving daughters school

I have recently posted that my daughters school had an appalling OFSTED, hired a paedophile and has been causing me concern for some time.

I want to move her and have an appointment to view a school on Tuesday and will probably accept the place as I know the school and some of the teachers.

My problem is exh, he is now threatening to take me to family court. Can he get an injunction stopping me moving her? Can I pull her out and homeschool her until we sort things out?

How long does the process take? I'm so stressed, I've not long have a breakdown and he is a manipulative narcissistic bastard hence why I left him.

He wants her to stay as it's a catholic school and he pretend a that he is. The kids are t baptised, he doesn't take them to church and isn't practicing himself.

I don't know what to do, I know he probably won't win but I can't cope with the stress. Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

As you were married he has PR which means he is entitled to a say in where she goes to school. Regardless of what you think about his faith (or lack thereof) he is also entitled to a say regarding what religion she follows.

The court may put a temporary stop to the move to preserve the status quo until a final decision is taken. The final decision will be based on your daughter's best interests. If the court accepts that your concerns about the current school are well founded I would expect them to allow the move to go ahead.

He could apply for an order to stop you home schooling as well.
