Where can I find out where I'd be?

Married to dh for 19 years. Three kids. No mortgage. Dh on deeds, I'm not anymore. If he was to die, we have wills where all goes to each other, would I get the house? If we divorced what would happen to it and any money? Kids are all teenagers. TIA very much.

If he leaves everything to you then yes, the house would become yours if he dies.

If you divorce the house would be regarded as an asset of the marriage regardless of whose name it is in. It would go into the pot with any other assets (savings, pensions, shares, etc.) to be split between you. You would be entitled to a fair share of the assets. Note that this does not necessarily mean 50%. It could be more or less than that depending on a range of factors.

If you want more detailed advice you need to consult a solicitor.
