We've just heard that our buyers want to pull out (8 weeks in 🙄 just as all searches & queries completed). The house we're buying are already getting impatient and will go back on the market if not completed in next couple of weeks.
DH & our EA have both floated the idea of offering our house to our buyers buyer as it is similar price/size etc in v sought after area.
Not spoken to them yet, but if they accepted and used same solicitors etc would they be able to use the searches etc already done? And what sort of turnaround time would we be looking at please? Just wondering if it's a possibility or not!
