Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me roughly how long it would take for an urgent failure to obtemper hearing to be heard in scottish courts? My partners ex has stopped allowing contact as per the court order that has been in place for 18 months. We received notification yesterday morning that we have been granted special urgency by the legal aid board and that court papers are now being submitted but his lawyer has not replied to say how long this could take and we obviously don't want a big gap in contact. Thanks.
