I have 2 young primary aged kids. My STBXH wants 50% of the children. The issue for me is that where we live currently was his choice due to proximity for his work. I have no friends/family/support system in the area. He wants the divorce and no longer commutes to work so I’m theory can live anywhere. My whole family/support system live about 50 miles away. If he wants to push ahead the split, where do I stand with moving me and kids back to my family. My kids are very close to my family. No financial issues. I can afford a house near them and give my kids same quality of life they have now. Will I be forced to live in the area I do now away from my family? Where do I stand legally?
