Child custody help

I am soon to be seperated but am looking at what will realistically happen with child custody. I have two kids a dd of 5 and a ds of 3. I have looked after kids all the time while partner works, I know he will kick off and wsnt to control everything, as will his family (I've seen them in action). I believe he will go to court and try and get 50/50 custody, will he be awarded this.... I wanted to suggest every other weekend and one evening/max 2 a week. Which scenario is most likely?

I think every other weekend and one day in the week is standard

Following as I am in same boat. Just separated from abusive ex. Babies are 1 and nearly 3 he is very controlling and his family love a good battle!

No one whose advice is worth following would be able to advise based on the scant information in your initial post. You need to sit down with a solicitor and get some face to face advice. See who offers a fixed fee initial interview near where you live.
