I have a court date coming up, my ex husband is accusing me of denying him access to the children, I have never stopped him, he is refusing to come and see the children and demanding they travel to see him, the traveling time is close to 10 hours and the children suffer from terrible travel sickness, I have offered to help with the travel so he can come up to see his children which he has turned down, he has sent me some very nasty messages saying he wants nothing to do with them till they are older, I have printed all the messages off ready for my solicitor. Could someone please advise me if they have been in this situation and what their outcome was. Also he said in the court papers I moved away without his consent, I had no choice I had no friends of family in the area for support and he was being abusive.
