She attended an MIAM. That is a meeting where she would have been given information about mediation and either she has said she doesn't want to go down that route or the mediator has agreed that mediation is unsuitable. That is all that she had to do. Why would they tell you about it? It doesn't involve you. At all. There is absolutely no reason to believe she or her solicitor are lying or that they are trying to blag the system. And, given your approach on this thread, I am not surprised she doesn't want mediation.

You have had good advice on this thread from practising lawyers who really do know the law. You have chosen to ignore it. Apparently you think you know best. That is up to you but, at best, pursuing this won't get you anywhere. At worst you will end up looking unreasonable which will make the judge less inclined to give you the benefit of any doubt.

Believe me, the judge will not be interested in this and nor will the press or anyone else.

Wow, OP your post makes me so relieved I am no longer in practice, having to deal with deranged self-represented fathers intent to 'do me for perjury' and other such fun (usually for things like getting their postcode wrong or daring to serve an order on them). I can guess your IQ level from what you write, but if you had even the slightest bit of intelligence or decency, you would back the hell off and stop wasting the time of an already massively struggling justice system that simply cannot cope.

Oh and judges make child arrangements orders based on the welfare of the child, informed by evidence and Cafcass reports, not based on whether someone ticked a fucking box about mediation on a form.

Presumably your child is a mere afterthought as you go on your crusade for 'justice'.

You'll "report the judge to the tribunal". You don't know what you are talking about, do you.

To the national press??

Hmm

OP you sound a little unhinged and, not to put too fine a point on it, perhaps not the sharpest tool in the box.

Leave this. You’ll get nowhere
