Hiya! This might be a silly question and I myself don't drive so I'm not familiar with these laws, anyway I'm in the middle of moving house- I'm moving to a block of flat on the side of a bus lane. My friend is helping me move but she's a bit concerned with the rules regarding driving in a bus lane when it comes to living there or visiting, will she be fined? I'd feel awful if that were the case but I can't see that happening if there's literally no way she can avoid the bus lane, I know the permanent tenants will have a permit but I have no idea about visitors, can anyone help?
