Can anyone advise please?
Me and my ex partner are going through the family court at the moment. We have been directed by the court that we have to send Scott schedules and a statement to each other which we have now done. It says in the order that We now also have to reply to the allegations and provide a statement of reply. I have spent days writing out a statement to each allegation he made against me and gave it to my solicitor.
His secretary has emailed me copies of the documents to approve today but there was only the replies in the box for the Scott schedule and not a full statement in reply. Have i got it right in thinking there should be a statement with more detail as well as the reply to the Scott schedule included?
Took me ages to write everything out in full detail. Please tell me that I done that for nothing? I didn't get the email until they had almost closed so couldnt get back to them to ask. The replies are to be sent tomorrow so a bit worried now.
If the court order says reply to Scott schedule and provide a statement of reply should the solicitor not have done that?
