How can my Husband (Tier 2 general PBS migrant) bring only our daughter to the UK, without me (spouse) since I have to stay behind to take care of my mum & my daughter should be starting her 2 year IB diploma - Years 11&12 - Starting late would hurt her academically, & it might be till the end of this year before I can leave my mum.
My daughter's visa has been rejected since I am not in the UK or have a visa in clearance. Her visa is now up for administrative review.
Can anyone advise of any course of action? or non-but for me to apply for my Visa?
& If I apply for my Visa would the administrative review take that into account?
