I am being made redundant as a TA as the school want to combine my role with running a pre school within the school and say Im not qualified. I have NVQ3 and NNEB plus 14yrs primary experience are they correct as i find contradicting advice

Surely your starting point is to ask them what the qualification requirements are for the role, rather than trying to make yours fit without that knowledge.

If, for example, they require a degree, then clearly you do not meet that criteria.
