HELP GETTING EVICTED

Any one been given a section 21 and Home to the council to get help being house what happened with you ? In Cardiff wales

It's never happened to me and I'm not a lawyer, but you're not being evicted. You have been given notice to leave, and if you ignore it your landlord will have to go to court to get you out, so if worrying about it is why you're posting in the small hours, relax and get some sleep. Contact Shelter on Monday and they'll talk you through your rights and what you should do next.
Do also contact your council housing department to see what they can do. That will depend on waiting lists in your area, where I live you could be rehoused quite quickly but possibly in a shit hole without local amenities, in a more desirable location you could be in B&B/emergency accommodation for months or even years.
