My NDN have had a loft conversion done with a dormer extension. Unfortunately the builders have not built to the plans and the dormer sits on the boundary with the lead flashing in my roof.
I have been trying to get this settled amicably but my neighbours and the builders are not being very cooperative. They have continued to finish the works and the decorators are in!!!
I spoke with the council and the plans that were approved for lawfulness certificate are not what has been built!
I'm not sleeping and the drs has given medication for the anxiety and stress.
Should I take this to the council and legal action? I have legal protection on my home insurance? Does this devalue my house? I'm so worried it's unhealthy!!!
