Hi Everyone.
I was wondering if anyone can help,I received a letter from the compliance officer in March about a review and to bring in bank statements.Which I got from the Bank after phoning the office the lady whose name on the letter. Said I did not need to take any bank statements in.
I went along to the interview and she asked for my bank account numbers which I hold with my son as I am unable to look after my finances.
She said it was something that had flagged up in 2015 and that’s why I she called me in.
It’s been 4 months now. But I have had No communication from the DWP.
I am on ESA and PIP. I do not claim any other benefits and I live with my son and his family. Who is in full time employment.
Please can someone shed some light. As how long they take to investigate.
