I had a very bad experience with a solicitor on a different matter last year and kind mn really helped me though the process of that matter and helped me get anew one.
I'm feeling very nervous about splitting a property to sell one part as a flat. Are there any points or pitfalls I need to look out for.
Also the property share a water bill, can it be sold with shared water?
