Hi i was arrested by the police for affray for threatening behaviour whilst working in kitchen and for holding a chef knife in my hand. I am a chef and it us stressful and was wound up by waiter for weeks and he kept pushing me until i snapped and i had a knife in my hand and told him to get out and i went for him did not touch him just to scare him never been tsken to this level before now will be going court soon first offence what will i be up against prison?
