Can anyone advise the cheapest/quickest way to obtain a court order for (mutually agreed) shared care.
Back story - my partner & I live with my DD(8) full time and his DS1(6) & DS2(4) split 50/50 with their Mum. We rent a two bed flat through the council. Council will only consider us for a three bed if we have a court order for shared care.
Unfortunately we will not be in a position to buy for a while and the three kids share a single bedroom. The boys are sharing a sofa bed!
Any help is appreciated!
