Breach of Child Arrangement Order

I was given an order to see my grandson once every 3w for 3h.

My daughter was financed by her dad to contest it and they insisted the first 3 sessions will be in a contact centre and thereafter there is no restriction.

The cafcass social worker thinks they will sabotage any contact so the court wants us to go back to them in September (it seems this is unusual. Normally you get a court order and that's the end of it).

I've heard from the contact centre 2w ago that my daughter has said my grandson is too frightened to see me (he lived with me until last year and we had a wonderful relationship).

How often does this happen and how will the court view this? I can't believe she is defying the court like this and I'm concerned for her.

Obviously I'm heartbroken for myself and my grandson too and I'm worried about my daughter and her dad frightening him. My daughter and him lived with me until last year and my grandsons father died suddenly the year before so it's a terrible amount of loss for a little boy (he's 8).
