So as many of you know and have responded with huge amounts of help I'm being taken to court by my ex who wants full custody of our son by claiming I'm abusing him, well iv had a long weekend following all your advise and I'm feeling much more confident about my hearing now ! Everything has been organised with statements explaining them it's all colour co ordinated and ready to go self representing has been tiresome especially as iv been working from 7am and up until gone midnight making sure iv got everything in order. I'm now just hoping the judge will see the truth ! I want to thank everyone in here that got in touch on my other post to give me advise and help with what to expect! I will be keeping this post updated so you can follow my story and maybe help some of you if you find your self in the same place.
