Financial settlement never done on divorce

Hi

I divorced a nunber of years back and a financial settlement was never done. Would I be entitled to go back and request it now?

Why would you need to do that?

You can sort the finances out at any time and it would be better to do it sooner rather than later so there are no nasty surprises down the line.

Not if you were the respondent and have since remarried.

Otherwise there is nothing to stop you issuing an application for financial remedy.
