Employee was offered a settlement and (after legal advice) accepted. Payment was due with 21 days.
Payment has now still not been paid over 21 days later. Ex-employer contacted, but most people dealing with the issue have left. Keep being told that it's been passed on to someone else.
Hopefully it will be paid, but is there anything that can be done in terms of compensation for all this hassle/late payment?
